Position:Assistant Manager- Sales
CTC:Up to 3 LPA + Incentives
Exp.1-3 Yrs. in Field sales / Direct Sales / Client Acquisition / Business Development
Location: Hyderabad
Education:Graduate/ PG

Job Role:
Acquisition of New Client (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention.
Maintaining Avg. Quarterly Balance.
Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads.
Cross selling of MF, Gold Loan, FD, Insurance and asset products.
Job Mandates:
Must have own two-wheeler and all valid documents.
Good communication skills.
1-3 yrs. field sales exp. preferably from CASA Sales, demat account opening, POS Machine sales, Direct Sales Insurance, Business Loans, Home Loans etc.
Early joiners are preferred.
