Roles and Responsibilities

Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility

1 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2 Understanding the Requisitions/vacant positions shared by hiring managers.
3 Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
4 Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.
5 Coordinating and updating applicants on interview process, providing feedbacks.
6 Taking care of documentation and joining procedures
7 Lead employer branding initiatives
8 Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
9 Preparing Databases and MIS
10 Achieve targeted closures
