Job Description:Responsible for business target achievement of team by driving sales of life insurance products to NTB customers of bank.Drive sales team activation through regular engagement with Sales Manager of Bank.Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities.Regular review & tracking of team performance.Building team capability through regular training interventions.To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches.Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.Ensuring timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
Required Skills:Team handling exp.Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.Exp. should be in S2S/Credit Life/Direct Marketing/Banca sales from life insurance industry only.
