Financial Planning Sessions with customers alongside the
Maintain the agreed productivity per planner
Maintain the agreed Trad mix
Subject Matter expert.
Connecting with customers who are not met up with Advance/Premier Bank RM’s although these customers are mapped to the Bank
Swiftly change the strategy based on the performance from week to week
Should be demanding and influencing to reach the expected objectives
Will be working closely with life insurance sales team mapped to bank
Will have dotted line reporting with the Regional Sales Manager
Note:Preference should be given for LI guys managingCiti Bank, Standard Chartered, DBS, Axis, HDFC managing Wealth management and has to be good in insurance sales.
We can also look at candidates who areSenior Wealth RM's working with MNC Banks like CITI/Stancy or other private Banks.Excellent communication skills & should have Experienced in Portfolio management also.
This is an Individual contributor role. The candidate has to be good in communication, pleasing personality and need to have goodLife Insuranceknowledge and Sales experience.
